Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a 4-cup measure or microwavable bowl combine the onions, oil, rosemary and salt; cover with a microwavable plate. Microwave on high for 5-6 minutes or until very soft, stopping once to stir. Keep covered and set aside. ***onions can be prepared ahead of time, cool and refrigerate for up to 4 days; reheat and microwave them for 30 - 60 seconds before proceeding.

Step 2

In an microwavable bowl combine the pork and barbecue sauce; cover with a microwavable plate. Microwave on high until heated through 3-5 minutes.

Step 3

Fill buns with pork and onions.

This worked out perfectly for some frozen leftover pork. The onions with rosemary gave this a different and delicious flavor! Made for Billboard tag.
