"Art Smith was making this, so everything was top shelf and low salt, I threw in the Hawaiian sea salt as a nod to the president. lol It makes a lot if you use all the salmon but you could cut it down if you wish."

Step by Step Method

Method to prepare the glaze:

In a small saucepan over medium heat, heat the brown sugar, butter and honey, stirring until melted.

Step 3

Remove from the heat, and whisk in the oil, mustard, soy sauce, ginger, and sesame seeds.

Cool 5 minutes.

To prepare the salmon:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 7

Place the salmon in a large foil lined baking pan and season with salt and pepper to taste. (President Obama smoked, so he probably needs more seasoning lol.)

Step 8

Spoon the glaze over the salmon.

Step 9

Bake, uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Great glaze flavor! Yum. This was super easy to prep and cook. The salmon was cooked beautifully (had to take mine out a little early since my filets were pretty thin) and they were really tasty. Thanks!
