Step 1
Melt butter and molasses together
Step 2
Add three or four cups of flour(start with the smaller amount go higher)

Then add sugar, cloves, and half the sour cream.

Put in the rest of the cream when you have dissolved the saleratus(baking soda) in it.

Then take enough more flour to make it about as thick as tea cakes.

Stir it 10 or 15 minutes,(this was by hand)

Add the currants,

And bake it in pans like cup cake.(grease that puppy ,spray pam)

350 for 20 minutes im guessing(watch so doesnt burn )
