Step by Step Method

Preheat your oven to 350°F.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and cocoa powder.

Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Press the dough into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.

In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate chips over a double boiler.

Arrange the marshmallows on top of the baked crust.

Pour the melted chocolate over the marshmallows and sprinkle pecans over the top of the pie.

Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours, or until the filling is set.
