Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Step 2: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and cocoa powder.
Step 3: Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
Step 4: Press the dough into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
Step 5: Bake the crust for 20-25 minutes, or until it’s set and lightly browned.
Step 6: In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate chips over a double boiler.
Step 7: Stir in the heavy cream until smooth.
Step 8: Arrange the marshmallows on top of the baked crust.
Step 9: Pour the melted chocolate over the marshmallows and sprinkle pecans over the top of the pie.
Step 10: Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours, or until the filling is set.
