Step 1

Cook bacon ,they are topping liver at last so you could leave whole or crumble

Take out and leave a tablespoon of grease add butter

Dredge the liver

And fry until browned on each side

Add onions 1/2 way through

They probably used gravy in jar and washed out jar with water so I'm putting in that option

Pour in gravy

Season with salt pepper, and parsley to taste

Cook 2 more minutes until hot and bubbly and thickened

Arrange on serving dish and top liver with bacon
