Step 1: Cook bacon ,they are topping liver at last so you could leave whole or crumble
Step 2: Take out and leave a tablespoon of grease add butter
Step 3: Dredge the liver
Step 4: And fry until browned on each side
Step 5: Add onions 1/2 way through
Step 6: They probably used gravy in jar and washed out jar with water so I'm putting in that option
Step 7: Pour in gravy
Step 8: Season with salt pepper, and parsley to taste
Step 9: Cook 2 more minutes until hot and bubbly and thickened
Step 10: Arrange on serving dish and top liver with bacon
