Step 1

Shell the prawns, patting them dry.

Step 2

Mix the next six ingredients together in a small bowl.

Step 3

Melt the butter in a large frying pan, then brown the 4 slices of sourdough bread. Browning on each side. Remove bread from the pan.

Step 4

Pour the butter into the prawns, until there is a good consistency.

Step 5

Next, combine the mayonnaise mixture with the prawns, piling it on the four pieces of toast.

I scaled this back for one serve and toasted my sour dough slice in the toaster. so I mixed the prawns in with the mayo mix and then piled on the toast and garnished with a little of the dill sprigs and had one of the best lunches I have had in a long time so much so I would quite happily pay for it in a restaurant thank you whatamIgonnaeatnext made for Only The Lonely tag game at FF&F.
