How to Make

  • Step 1: Shell the prawns, patting them dry.

  • Step 2: Mix the next six ingredients together in a small bowl.

  • Step 3: Melt the butter in a large frying pan, then brown the 4 slices of sourdough bread. Browning on each side. Remove bread from the pan.

  • Step 4: Pour the butter into the prawns, until there is a good consistency.
