Great egg recipe! DH was out last night, so cut recipe in half and had breakfast for dinner! Loved the flavor of the sumac sprinkle and will definitely be making this again!

I reduced this to 2 servings (for the just the two of us), and it was quite simple to prepare. Our potatoes were quite dry, so I think I'll skip boiling them first the next time I make this dish. But we love sauteed onions, so I increased that just a bit, and they added a lot flavor to the eggs. Thank you for sharing your recipe, dienia. Made for Susie's World Tour (Morocco).

LOVE this breakfast! It turned out perfectly. I added more potatoes, onions, and one extra egg. My son and I enjoyed this immensely for breakfast this morning. We loved the sumac flavoring. Thank you!
