Step by Step Method
Step 1
To pan add gizzards bay leaf and stock and cook for 1 hour on simmer, add potatoes.
Step 2
Meantime, saute in oil and butter mixture, the onions and carrots that have been grated. When soft, add flour and brown then add to soup.

Add herbs and season to taste, you may need to add a little water if to thick.
