"I saw a picture at Pinterest but the recipe has disappeared. Here's me trying to do it. They used Spanish chorizo; good luck finding it here. Johnsonville has very good sausage. Can use smoked sausage."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oil and saute onions until translucent, season lightly.
Step 2
Add paprika and sausage and cook until lightly browned.
Step 3
Add garlic and rice, don't brown.
Step 4
Add broth and tomato sauce rinsing out can with broth.
Step 5
Add parsley and seasonings to taste.
Step 6
Add beans and simmer for 30 minutes covered.
Step 7
Add cabbage at very end and cook 10 minutes for firmer cabbage; if you like it more cooked add with rest of ingredients.
