Step by Step Method

Preheat your oven to 375°F .

Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.

Add the onions and sauté until translucent.

Stir in the chopped bell peppers and cook until they begin to soften, about 5 minutes.

Make four wells in the sauce using the back of a spoon. Crack an egg into each well.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the egg whites are set and yolks are cooked to your desired level of doneness.

Remove the skillet from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley and cheeses.
