Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F .
Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
Step 3: Add the onions and sauté until translucent.
Step 4: Stir in the chopped bell peppers and cook until they begin to soften, about 5 minutes.
Step 5: Add the minced garlic and paprika, cook for another minute.
Step 6: Add the diced tomatoes, salt, and black pepper to taste.
Step 7: Simmer the mixture for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Step 8: Make four wells in the sauce using the back of a spoon. Crack an egg into each well.
Step 9: Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the egg whites are set and yolks are cooked to your desired level of doneness.
Step 10: Remove the skillet from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley and cheeses.
