"This is a recipe my mother made every year for the holiday season and I now make yearly. I make loads of these at a time and freeze those 6 per pack. They are a great snack."

Step 1

Combine first 6 ingredients together and mould onto skewers.

Step 2

Mix eggs together in a shallow bowl and place breadcrumbs in a plate.

Step 3

Dip pork sticks in eggs then roll them into breadcrumbs.

Step 4

Fry in frying pan until meat just starts to brown, then put them on a baking sheet.

Step 5

Cook in a 350 degrees Fahrenheit oven, until done, about 20 to 25 minutes depending on how thick these are. I usually make mine about the size of a hotdog wiener.

These don't take long to make and they are delicious. I made extra to freeze and they freeze well. I had garlic butter egg noodles and peas with them. My husband and I will enjoy those in the freezer!

These are awesome! I made up a batch and was surprised they made so many. I froze some after breading them and will thaw them as needed and bake as I need them. We had them the first time in hot dog rolls and then again last night with steak fries and salad. I made some for my grandchildren on skewers and they loved dipping them in ketchup along with their fries.
