  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoons pepper
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine the first 6 ingredients and shape 4-ounce meat portions onto skewers.

  • Step 2: Mix eggs in a shallow bowl and place breadcrumbs on a plate.

  • Step 3: Place a sheet of parchment paper on a rimmed baking sheet and drizzle with a bit of avocado oil.

  • Step 4: Dip pork sticks in eggs, then roll them in breadcrumbs and place them on the baking sheet.

  • Step 5: Cook in a 350 degrees Fahrenheit oven for 60 minutes, or until cooked through, turning every 15 minutes.
