Step 1: Combine first 6 ingredients together and mould onto skewers.
Step 2: Mix eggs together in a shallow bowl and place breadcrumbs in a plate.
Step 3: Dip pork sticks in eggs then roll them into breadcrumbs.
Step 4: Fry in frying pan until meat just starts to brown, then put them on a baking sheet.
Step 5: Cook in a 350 degrees Fahrenheit oven, until done, about 20 to 25 minutes depending on how thick these are. I usually make mine about the size of a hotdog wiener.
