"This is a recipe my mother made every year for the holiday season and I now make yearly. I make loads of these at a time and freeze those 6 per pack. They are a great snack."

Step 1
Combine first 6 ingredients together and mould onto skewers.
Step 2
Mix eggs together in a shallow bowl and place breadcrumbs in a plate.
Step 3
Dip pork sticks in eggs then roll them into breadcrumbs.
Step 4
Fry in frying pan until meat just starts to brown, then put them on a baking sheet.
Step 5
Cook in a 350 degrees Fahrenheit oven, until done, about 20 to 25 minutes depending on how thick these are. I usually make mine about the size of a hotdog wiener.
