Step 1

Heat oil in large skillet or wok.

Step 2

Add pork and pepper flakes cook until lightly browned 5 min.

Step 3

Add peas, garlic, stir fry 2 minutes.

Step 4

Add marmalade and teriaki sauce, heat through.

Step 5

Add peppers and mango. Stir fry for 5 minutes. The peppers should still be crisp.

Step 6

Serve over pasta or rice.
