Step 1: Heat oil in large skillet or wok.
Step 2: Add pork and pepper flakes cook until lightly browned 5 min.
Step 3: Add peas, garlic, stir fry 2 minutes.
Step 4: Add marmalade and teriaki sauce, heat through.
Step 5: Add peppers and mango. Stir fry for 5 minutes. The peppers should still be crisp.
Step 6: Serve over pasta or rice.
