"This lovely fried rice is a favourite here. It is quick and easy to put together, perfect for a busy weeknight dinner. I use my own #recipe2278 for this, but feel free to your favourite. For gluten free, simply make sure you are using GF instant rice and GF soy sauce."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Bring the broth to a boil in a medium saucepan, remove from heat and add the instant rice and parsley; cover and set aside.
Step 2
Bring the oil to medium-high heat in a large skillet.
Step 3
Add the pork, onion, bell pepper and Asian seasoning.
Step 4
Cook until pork is cooked through, about 8 minutes.
Step 5
Toss in the cooked rice and heat through.
Step 6
Season with soy sauce to taste.
