Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup vegetable stock
  • 1 cup instant rice
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 pound uncooked pork loin (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons oil (olive oil)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 teaspoons Asian seasoning
  • Soy sauce to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Bring the broth to a boil in a medium saucepan, remove from heat and add the instant rice and parsley; cover and set aside.

  • Step 3: Add the pork, onion, bell pepper and Asian seasoning.

  • Step 4: Cook until pork is cooked through, about 8 minutes.

  • Step 5: Toss in the cooked rice and heat through.

  • Step 6: Season with soy sauce to taste.
