Step 1: Bring the broth to a boil in a medium saucepan, remove from heat and add the instant rice and parsley; cover and set aside.
Step 2: Bring the oil to medium-high heat in a large skillet.
Step 3: Add the pork, onion, bell pepper and Asian seasoning.
Step 4: Cook until pork is cooked through, about 8 minutes.
Step 5: Toss in the cooked rice and heat through.
Step 6: Season with soy sauce to taste.
Step 7: Enjoy!
