Step by Step Method
Step 1
Season pork chops to taste.
Step 2
Dredge in seasoned flour.
Step 3
Heat oil and brown chops.
Step 4
Cover simmer on low 15 minutes, (original recipe calls for 30 minutes)
Step 5
Put spinach in bottom of 9x13 casserole
Step 6
Put chops on top of spinach beat the egg yolks into sauce.
Step 7
Pour over chops season lightly.
Step 8
Top with cheese.
Step 9
Cover bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees F uncovering the last 10 minutes so cheese gets toasted.
