Step 1: Season pork chops to taste.
Step 2: Dredge in seasoned flour.
Step 3: Heat oil and brown chops.
Step 4: Cover simmer on low 15 minutes, (original recipe calls for 30 minutes)
Step 5: Put spinach in bottom of 9x13 casserole
Step 6: Put chops on top of spinach beat the egg yolks into sauce.
Step 7: Pour over chops season lightly.
Step 8: Top with cheese.
Step 9: Cover bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees F uncovering the last 10 minutes so cheese gets toasted.
