Good and easy way to make pork chops and potatoes which everyone liked. I was confused about the onions and when to add them. I did add the chapped onion and garlic with the pork chops in the skillet, but also added a second onion in the baking dish wiith the pork chops -- delicious and you can never have too many onions! Thanks for sharing!
