Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high-heat.
Step 3: Place the pork chops in the oil, and sear.
Step 4: Add onions and garlic.
Step 5: In a medium bowl, combine the soup ,Worcestershire sauce and the milk.
Step 6: Arrange the potatoes and onions in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Step 7: Place the browned chops over the potatoes and onions, then pour the soup mixture over all.
Step 8: Sprinkle with paprika.
Step 9: Cover, bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
Step 10: Uncover, top with the cheese,and fried onions and bake for 30 more minutes.
