Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat and spray with oil and cook the pork for 2-3 minutes each side or until golden and just cooked through and then transfer to a plate and cover with foil and set aside for 5 minutes to rest and thinly slice across the grain.
Step 2
Meanwhile, combine the carrot, onion, bean sprouts, snow peas, wombok, herbs and ginger in a large bowl.
Step 3
To make the dressing, whisk lime juice, fish sauce, honey/brown sugar in a small jug and add the pork to the salad and drizzle over the dressing and toss to combine.
