Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a large pot combine the wine, water, onion, carrot, celery, rosemary, thyme & lemon juice.
Step 2
Bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Season the salmon with salt & pepper.
Step 4
Gently place the salmon, skin side down, in the broth lower heat, cover and simmer for apprx 15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily.
Step 5
Remove from broth & serve with the onion slices and carrots.
