Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 16 ounce skin-on salmon fillet
  • 1 1/2 cups white wine
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 3/4 cup yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup carrot thinly sliced
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 3/4 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large pot combine the wine, water, onion, carrot, celery, rosemary, thyme & lemon juice.

  • Step 2: Bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes.

  • Step 3: Season the salmon with salt & pepper.

  • Step 4: Gently place the salmon, skin side down, in the broth lower heat, cover and simmer for apprx 15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily.

  • Step 5: Remove from broth & serve with the onion slices and carrots.
