"A different way to serve corned beef or roast beef hash. Idea came from Homemakers cookbook but I changed it up a bit."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2
Cut hash in six slices and arrange in 11 x 7x 1 1/2 greased baking dish.
Step 3
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over hash.
Step 4
Combine pizza sauce, mushrooms, garlic salt and oregano and spoon over hash.
Step 5
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Step 6
Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until hot all through. Enjoy.
