Step by Step Method

Step 1

In covered sauce pan, heat oil over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Add rice, carrot, salt and lemon-pepper seasoning; cook stirring frequently, until rice is golden brown.

Add water and broth.

Step 4

Stir in green beans that you have chopped fine and onions.

Step 5

Heat to boiling.

Step 6

Cover, and turn down to simmer for 20 minutes.

Step 7

Take off heat still covered.

Step 8

Let set 5 minutes.

Step 9

Fluff.

Step 10

Season to taste.
