Step 1: In covered sauce pan, heat oil over medium-high heat.
Step 2: Add rice, carrot, salt and lemon-pepper seasoning; cook stirring frequently, until rice is golden brown.
Step 3: Add water and broth.
Step 4: Stir in green beans that you have chopped fine and onions.
Step 5: Heat to boiling.
Step 6: Cover, and turn down to simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 7: Take off heat still covered.
Step 8: Let set 5 minutes.
Step 9: Fluff.
Step 10: Season to taste.
