I can't tell you how many times I've made this over the winter. It's so delicious! Love all the flavors together, and the crunch of the bacon. I especially love it with the thick cut bacon, but I've used regular bacon too, and it works just fine!

OMGosh this is extra good bacon! We got it really crispy and it was sweet and yet had a little spice that popped into your mouth while you ate it. It doesn't take any longer than plain bacon to make so we will make this when we want bacon. It's really delicious as a side to anything for breakfast!

Well, I have to say we made pigs out of ourselves eating this bacon along with a Mexican Omelette, your home fries and Sour Dough toast. It was a yummy breakfast that we both enjoyed very much. Looks like we will be having it again this weekend!

Fantastic! Love the sweet salty flavor of this, and it has a great chewy texture too! I followed the recipe omitting the cayenne, and when I checked it at 15 minutes it seemed like a lot of the coating had melted off of it, so I sprinkled a bit more brown sugar over the bacon and baked a while longer to my desired doneness. Made for the Billboard recipe tag game.

My wife wanted to try this and I am so glad we did. Believe it or not we cooked these little babies on the grill on a cookie sheet and ate our breakfast outside. It worked like a charm and the kids got the biggest kick out of cooking breakfast on the grill. Just be careful to watch the temp and check the bacon often. Delicious results on this one!
