Step by Step Method

Step 1

Drizzle some vegetable oil in a skillet and heat.

Step 2

Add kielbasa and onions and cook until both sides of kielbasa are “browned”

Step 3

In an oven proof dish, mix the remaining ingredients together and cook covered in a 375 degree Fahrenheit oven for 30 minutes.

have been craving perogies so gave in to my craving and followed this recipe - It is Mmmm good. I used cottage cheese instead of sour cream. Served them with(#11860) zucchini bites. Lovely partners. I am glad that I still have some frozen perogies left . because I will be making these soon again. They may not be good for the waistline but they sure are good in the tummy!!

YUM, we really enjoyed this dish, and it was quick and simple to put together. Since we're without a rnage right now, I used the grill to prepare. Made a couple minor changes, substituted olive oil for the butter and used cider vinegar. Made for Photo Forum Shoot Me Please event!
