  • 1 pound boiled pierogies
  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons grainy mustard
  • 1 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • Vegetable oil

How to Make

  • Step 1: Drizzle some vegetable oil in a skillet and heat.

  • Step 2: Add kielbasa and onions and cook until both sides of kielbasa are “browned”

  • Step 3: In an oven proof dish, mix the remaining ingredients together and cook covered in a 375 degree Fahrenheit oven for 30 minutes.
