"In our area perogies are a given over the holidays, homemade ones are for the most part make aheads and frozen. Getting the perogies to the table takes one lot of kitchen time when cooking for a crowd. The first making had me unsure but the end result impressed. Cooking perogies for large gatherings and potlucks is super easy using a crock pot. For bought perogies buy a good brand, assure each is buttered, this recipe is so good everyone will be surprised to find you didn’t make them yourself or spend the day in the kitchen."
