Step 1: Place frozen perogies in a 5 quart crock pot.
Step 2: In a large skillet on medium low melt butter and saute onions until golden brown, add salt and pepper. (Be sure to use the amount of butter listed to assure perogies are covered to avoid sticking together)
Step 3: Cook on high for three hours, checking occasionally, rearranging perogies and spoon the butter over the top.
Step 4: Crock pots like ovens vary, yours may see them done in less time or take longer.
Step 5: Once cooked turn on low to keep warm.
