Step by Step Method
Step 1
Put skillet on high heat for a minute or so to warm it and then add the pork chops, searing them for 3-5 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper and then arrange them in a 2 quart baking dish in a single layer.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 3
In a bowl combine remaining ingredients (corn - brown sugar) and then spoon the sauce over the chops. Cover and bake until sauce is bubbly and chops are cooked through (45 minutes).
