Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 1/4 pounds pork loin chops (4 porkchops, 1-1/2 inch thick)
  • 1 can (17 ounce) cream-style corn
  • 1 green pepper (chopped)
  • 1 red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put skillet on high heat for a minute or so to warm it and then add the pork chops, searing them for 3-5 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper and then arrange them in a 2 quart baking dish in a single layer.

  • Step 2: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Step 3: In a bowl combine remaining ingredients (corn - brown sugar) and then spoon the sauce over the chops. Cover and bake until sauce is bubbly and chops are cooked through (45 minutes).
