Step 1

Lightly grease an 18cm x 28cm rectangular slice pan and line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 5cm above pan edges.

Step 2

Process almonds and cashews in a food processor until finely chopped and then add coconut, oats, dates, cocoa, honey and oil and process until combined.

Step 3

Add berries and pepitas and pulse until just combined and then press into prepared pan.

Step 4

Refrigerate for about 4 hours, or until firm.

Step 5

Lift slice out of pan. Cut into bars.
