Step 1: Lightly grease an 18cm x 28cm rectangular slice pan and line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 5cm above pan edges.
Step 2: Process almonds and cashews in a food processor until finely chopped and then add coconut, oats, dates, cocoa, honey and oil and process until combined.
Step 3: Add berries and pepitas and pulse until just combined and then press into prepared pan.
Step 4: Refrigerate for about 4 hours, or until firm.
Step 5: Lift slice out of pan. Cut into bars.
