Step by Step Method
Step 1
Put water, bouillon, ginger, sugar, oil, mushroom, water chestnuts and peas in pot. Cover bring to a boil.
Step 2
When boiling, whisk soy sauce and corn starch together. Pour into vegetables while stirring.
Step 3
Continue cooking until mixture has thickened.
