Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cube (12 grams) chicken bouillon ( - or a vegetarian based bouillon cube)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 can (5 ounce) water chestnuts (drained, sliced)
  • 1 package (8 ounce) mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 package (16 ounce) frozen peas
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put water, bouillon, ginger, sugar, oil, mushroom, water chestnuts and peas in pot. Cover bring to a boil.

  • Step 2: When boiling, whisk soy sauce and corn starch together. Pour into vegetables while stirring.

  • Step 3: Continue cooking until mixture has thickened.
