Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Add onion to the olive oil and saute until the onion turns translucent and slightly soft.

Add the carrots and cook for another minute.
Step 4
Add water, vegetable bouillon, and pepper.
Step 5
Bring to a boil, cook until carrots are done to your liking.
Step 6
Add the frozen peas, turn down heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Step 7
Add the heavy cream and parsley, taste for seasonings
