  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cube (4 gram) vegetable bouillon
  • 1/16 teaspoon pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups green peas (frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.

  • Step 2: Add onion to the olive oil and saute until the onion turns translucent and slightly soft.

  • Step 3: Add the carrots and cook for another minute.

  • Step 4: Add water, vegetable bouillon, and pepper.

  • Step 5: Bring to a boil, cook until carrots are done to your liking.

  • Step 6: Add the frozen peas, turn down heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.

  • Step 7: Add the heavy cream and parsley, taste for seasonings
