"Variation: To increase protein and reduce carbs, double dried milk, omit extra dried fruit, cut sweetener to 2 tablespoons and add 1/2 cup protein powder to the granola. Makes 64 very small bars. Can make half recipe in a 8x8 pan"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Generously grease and flour a 13x9 pan; set aside.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Step 3
In medium bowl, mix crunchy granola, dry milk, cereal, cinnamon, salt and raisins or fruit. In a large bowl, combine oil, honey, vanilla, water and peanut butter. Stir to mix well. You may have to warm the peanut butter mix slightly to dissolve jelly or jam. When thoroughly mixed and cool, beat in the eggs.
Step 4
Gradually stir granola mixture into peanut butter mixture. Mix well. Press mixture into prepared baking pan.
Step 5
Bake 20-22 minutes.
Step 6
Cool 10 to 15 minutes in pan before cutting into bars.
