"I have a great peachy grilled chicken recipe, and I wanted to make it for dinner, but I was sick of chicken.... and I thought to myself, "would this work with pork chops?". The answer was yes, most definitely yes."

Step 1
Place pork chops in a heavy plastic bag and set in glass bowl.
Step 2
Drain peaches, reserving syrup. Cover peaches and set aside.
Step 3
In a small bowl, combine peach syrup, water, lime juice, sugar, mustard, nutmeg and salt; pour over chicken pieces and close bag tightly.
Step 4
Marinate in refrigerator 4 to 6 hours. Remove pork chops, reserving marinade.
Step 5
Build a medium fire in a barbeque or electric grill to medium.
Step 6
Place pork chops on greased grill.
Step 7
Barbeque for 10 minutes on each side.
Step 8
Brush with marinade and continue barbecuing turning occasionally and brushing with marinade until pork chops and browned on both sides. About 20 to 25 minutes
Step 9
During the last 5 minutes of cooking time, melt butter in a small pan on side of grill. Sauté the onions and minutes and keep warm, add the peaches.
Step 10
Serve the pork chops topped with onion and peace slices.
