Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Combine melted butter and brown sugar and pour into 13x9-inch pam sprayed pan.

Arrange peaches on top.
Step 4
Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl.
Step 5
Beat at medium speed 4 minutes.
Step 6
Spoon into pan and bake for 50-55 minutes or until cake springs back when touched.
Step 7
Cool in pan 5 minutes.
Step 8
Invert onto platter, and cool completely.
