  • 29 ounces peaches, yellow cling, sliced, drained (1 can)
  • 15 ounces yellow cake mix (1 package)
  • 3 ounces vanilla instant pudding mix (1 package)
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Combine melted butter and brown sugar and pour into 13x9-inch pam sprayed pan.

  • Step 3: Arrange peaches on top.

  • Step 4: Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl.

  • Step 5: Beat at medium speed 4 minutes.

  • Step 6: Spoon into pan and bake for 50-55 minutes or until cake springs back when touched.

  • Step 7: Cool in pan 5 minutes.

  • Step 8: Invert onto platter, and cool completely.
