Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Combine melted butter and brown sugar and pour into 13x9-inch pam sprayed pan.
Step 3: Arrange peaches on top.
Step 4: Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl.
Step 5: Beat at medium speed 4 minutes.
Step 6: Spoon into pan and bake for 50-55 minutes or until cake springs back when touched.
Step 7: Cool in pan 5 minutes.
Step 8: Invert onto platter, and cool completely.
